The Details That Make It Work
A beautiful outdoor kitchen needs to hold up to real weather and real use. Most builders treat them like furniture — we build them as permanent, weatherproof spaces designed for years of entertaining.
Virginia's humidity and freeze-thaw cycles are tough on anything built outdoors. That's why we use solid masonry cores and premium stone or slab cladding — not lightweight materials that break down in a few seasons.
The Material Science of Dekton
Standard granite is porous. In Richmond, winter moisture seep into the stone, freezes, and causes micro-fractures. We promote Dekton by Cosentino—an ultra-compact surface manufactured through Sinterized Particle Technology. It is zero-porosity, meaning it is physically incapable of absorbing moisture or ice.

Appliance Authority
We partner with Delta Heat and Twin Eagles because they utilize 304-grade stainless steel in every component, from the burners to the fasteners. Lesser "big box" grills use 443-grade or magnetic steel that will pin-hole rust within two Richmond seasons.
Integrated Gas & Drainage
We handle the difficult coordination. From high-pressure gas line regulators to sub-surface grease traps and drainage for outdoor sinks, we ensure your kitchen is fully code-compliant and built for a 25-year service life.
